This dress is beautiful, but the five stars is more for the customer service. The color matched the picture exactly and was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I was overly optimistic about the ability for my body to wear this style of dress. The company emailed me shortly after placing the order to get my exact measurements and made the dress accordingly. Unfortunately, my 45 year old saggy boobs did not want to cooperate with the design. I think with a few alterations, it would have worked, but I did not have time before my event. I put in a request for a refund and customer service contacted me immediately asking if there was anything they could do to fix the problem. They offered a full refund if I still wanted it and gave a USA address to mail it to you. I wrote back explaining that the dress just didn’t fit me well and I didn’t have time to make the alterations, but I did in fact love the dress and was happy to leave a five star review because the dress was beautiful and customer service was excellent. They then wrote back and offered a partial discount if I would like to keep the dress and have it altered for my next event. I was more than happy to accept this offer and was very pleased with the prompt response of customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another dress from this company, but I would make sure I have plenty of time to account for alterations, and pick address I was more suited to my body style.To be honest quality is not good, the length of the sleeves are not the same as it shows in the picture, in reality the sleeves are like 3/4’s long. In addition, the shoulders doesn’t stay in place, the shoulders slide to the sides. So I attempted to return the dress since the seller offers free returns, but actually there is NO FREE return. The seller sent me a shipping label that I have to pay. Since the product came from China, I have to pay the shipping cost, which is almost the same amount that I payed for the dress. So please don’t buy this dress unless you are 100% sure that it will fit you. Terrible experience, I got in contact with the seller but only got refunded 1 cent.I absolutely LOVE this dress!!!!!!! I received SOOOOOO many compliments. I felt like a Queen! I commanded attention everywhere I walked. I was able tell the seller my exact measurements. Initially I ordered a size 14 but I eventually communicated with the seller & told them that I wanted a 32" Waist & 38-39 Bust which I believe still falls in the size 14 category or maybe just a bit under. I honestly wish I had left it at the 14 even though it was comfortable "enough" at my custom request. The corset belt would've been a bit more loose & I wouldn't have had to pull tight enough for the insert in the back behind the corset strings to come all the way across. But all in all...If you are on the fence...GET OFF & BUY IT!!!I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to on this one. We ordered this dress for my daughters prom. I was just going to have it shipped as is and hope it fit. The seller contacted me to let me know they would not only alter it for free, but would also make sure it arrived in time for the dance which was only two weeks away. We sent the measurements after following their online instructions and when it arrived it fit perfectly and it was beautiful! Our dress that cost $69.00 including alteration was, in my opinion, every bit at pretty as her friends who spent $200.00 on theirs. Thank you so much for offering such great service at such great prices. It's hard to spend so much money for something their only going to wear for one evening. It was so nice to find such a great deal for such a beautiful dress!The color of the dress and the skirt were beautiful. However, the padding in the top of the dress was deformed and it would not stay up on the shoulders. So disappointed.El vestido es hermoso. Buena calidad . Pero me quedo henorme. After reaching out to this company they not only ensured the dress would be here early but they got my measurements so I wouldn’t have to do any tailoring. The dress was also beautiful!
